Horizontal sponge cutting machine use tutorial

　　I.Preparation before operation

　　Equipment inspection:Before starting the machine,carefully check the appearance of the equipment to ensure that there is no obvious damage or loose parts.Check whether the cutting tool is sharp,if worn or nicked,need to be replaced in time.At the same time,check the transmission system to ensure that the chain,belt and other components of the proper tension and smooth operation.

　　Site cleanup:Clean up the working area,remove debris,and make sure there is enough space around the equipment for easy operation and sponge handling.

　　Material Preparation:According to the cutting requirements,choose the right sponge material and make sure its size is suitable for the equipment worktable.At the same time,prepare auxiliary tools,such as tape measure,calipers,etc.for measurement. 

　　Second,the operation process

　　Parameter setting:Turn on the power,open the equipment control system.According to the thickness and shape of the sponge to be cut,set the corresponding parameters on the operation interface,such as cutting speed and cutting depth.For example,when cutting thicker sponges,reduce the cutting speed appropriately to ensure the cutting quality.

　　Sponge placement:Place the sponge smoothly on the working table and fix it with clamps or positioning devices to prevent the sponge from moving during the cutting process,which will affect the cutting accuracy.

　　Start cutting:After confirming that the parameters are set correctly and the sponge is fixed firmly,press the start button and the equipment starts cutting.During the cutting process,closely observe the running status of the equipment and sponge cutting,if any abnormality is found,immediately press the emergency stop button. 

　　Third,maintenance after operation

　　Equipment cleaning:after the cutting is completed,turn off the power supply of the equipment,clean up the residual sponge debris on the worktable,use brushes,vacuum cleaners and other tools to clean up the debris on the cutting tool and transmission parts,to prevent them from entering the internal equipment and causing damage.

　　Cutting tool maintenance:Regularly maintain the cutting tool,apply the right amount of lubricant to extend the service life of the tool.

　　Data recording:Record the relevant data of this cutting,such as the specification and quantity of the cutting sponge,and the operating condition of the equipment,etc.,so as to facilitate subsequent inquiry and analysis.
