Sponge flat cutting machine common problems and solutions

　　In the sponge processing industry,the stable operation of the sponge flat cutting machine is crucial,but there are some problems in the process of use.

　　Knife box overheating is one of the common problems,mainly caused by the start-up time is too long or the density of the cut sponge is too high.The solution is to adjust the knife box,so that the knife belt in the knife box steps in the plane straight line,the hand can easily roll,and the knife is located in the knife box out of 10-6mm,if necessary,replace the knife box.

　　Grinding motor vibration is serious,need to check the grinding wheel circumference is balanced,grinding motor shaft is bent deformation,if necessary,replace the motor shaft.

　　Knife wheel buzzing sound,you can check whether the knife wheel surface dirt is too thick,with a fine emery cloth to remove;check the passive knife wheel bearing bit whether there is lubricating oil,whether the tensioning device is too loose,and whether the knife belt installation position is accurate and so on.

　　If cut sheep knife grain is serious,to ensure that the knife belt is sharp without curling mouth,no jump phenomenon,interface leveling,while keeping the knife wheel surface,working platform and track clean,knife clamp is in a tightening state.

　　Cutting sheep thickness is not uniform,you need to check whether the baffle is parallel to the knife belt,knife belt installation position is accurate,and adjust the relative position of the two ends of the rack and pinion.

　　In addition,the knife belt breakage may be due to the knife belt quality is not good,interface is not solid,shaft or bearing swing and knife wheel rubber surface gap is not equal to cause,should choose the quality of qualified products and ensure that the knife belt interface is solid,check the shaft,bearings and knife wheel rubber surface and timely replacement of damaged parts.

　　Sponge flat cutting machine users in daily use,should strengthen the inspection and maintenance of equipment,operators need to be familiar with the common problems of the equipment and solutions to ensure the normal operation of the equipment,improve the quality of sponge cutting and production efficiency.
